We have designed and built a cattery facility which borrows elements from my experiences in a humane society, a wildlife rehabilitation, and interviewing cat breeder mentors, to house our savannahs in a comfy cabin that has double ramps leading to an large outdoor enclosure. It's most important to us to keep our cats safe, healthy, well fed and happily enriched with mental and physical stimulation..

We are extremely excited to finally merge our bloodlines with one of the best in the world to produce large, warm brown or silver savannahs that bridge the African Serval Great Grandfather to the TICA CatShow-eligible generation. (Stud Book Tradition)

We operate a strict health care schedule with regular testing and vaccination protocol. We even certified ourselves in veterinary assistant training, but believe multiple sets of eyes on our precious cats are extremely advantageous.

We started in 2008 with our first two breeders, an F2 female, Lynxotics Saphira, an FC Male, "Thomkatz Mojo" and our precious serval, AWildSide Gucci. Through our shelter training we were able to qualify only the best possible new owners, whom we still keep in touch with, to this day. Gathering Data from our increasingly large client base, along with the fantastic mentorship from the Savannah Working Breed Chair, along with other well experienced and TICA show titled and celebrated breeders responsible for the inception of this breed, we were able to capture what our vision of the "perfect" genetics should look like, through choosing Saphira's daughters, granddaughters, and great-granddaughters and pairing them with magnificent male studs. Admittedly, we "paper chased" who bred what type of savannah and wound up choosing phenomenal boys. 

Our WildSideCats Brand will be performing product reviews on industry dog and cat products procured by a large panel of savannah followers, because sometimes products made for cats don't work, and sometimes products intended for dogs do not work for our special brand of pets..
